I just bought a sofa, coffee table, pillow, booster n mattress.i have waited almost a month to receive the furniture..coz the factory was closed due to Chinese new year celebration.today they sent the furniture to my house.i was not here in my house while they send the items coz I was on my way went back home.i was very excited to own those items...but...it was so disappointing when I arrived at home I saw there is DEFECT on my sofa!!! I asked my sister and she said that she didn't notice it early and told me that the person who delivered my sofa was so harsh pushed the sofa into my house.i was so angry n quickly call the shop to make a complaint.yes I was so....angry...y they did it harshly and created the nonsense defect on my sofa! They said they will replace my sofa with new one but need to settle the complaint by tomorrow coz its already late.i accepted the excuse and will call back tomorrow...before that I warned them if they don't want to take responsibility...I will do something.i dun care.I'm very angry and will do anything I can if they take it for granted on my complaint.y they dont just be careful with someone stuff? Arghhh it makes me feel so hedic since I waited so long to receive those furniture.beside this stupid incident, they also didnt deliver my pillow due to no stock available....it was so bad...almost a month then they told no stock????? LUCKLY I was not there..if not....!!!!!..tomorrow I will know how they gonna settle this issue.I want to change it with the new one.I just dun care! I paid it with my money n I deserved it!
